Colorado Gives Day 2020

Colorado Gives Day is one of the largest one-day giving events in the country and has grown to be the largest one-day online giving event in the state of Colorado. 

Shaw Hockey Productions helped Dawg Nation Hockey Foundation have its most successful Colorado Gives Day ever both in terms of dollars raised and number of participating donors. At final count, Dawg Nation had nearly doubled its goal for the day.

According to the Colorado Gives website, “Each December Coloradans come together with the common goal to strengthen the community by helping to power nonprofits. Community First Foundation and FirstBank partner to make this day rewarding for givers, nonprofits and the community as a whole.”

To raise awareness and support for Dawg Nation on this important day, Shaw Hockey Productions live streamed to the Dawg Nation Facebook page and Twitter account.

We went live 12 times throughout the day to feature stories and video testimonials of previous Dawg Nation recipients over its ten-year history as well as segments covering a couple of notable stories and moments from the past ten years.
